"Optimize for towing" message

Winnebago View Mercedes Sprinter 3500 chassis.
Whenever I hookup my trailer wiring harness and start the engine I get an "optimize for towing message and the options of yes or no.

What happens if I select yes?

Is this the same as tow haul mode on other vehicles?

Does it change shift points?

????????????????????????????????????????????

It helps to read the entire sentence.

So, it is evidently referring to the nav function and not the rv
