I'll just toss this out there. :D We have a slope to our driveway and don't like to have our front tires hanging in the wind, so this is our solution. (The RV needs to have jacks for this.) ...

If you mean an absorption refrigerator (Dometic or Norcold), then yes it should be level to operate no matter which mode of power. A compressor type refrigerator is not as finicky.
