Scooter21, The ground on my Hwh pump electric...

Scooter21,
The ground on my Hwh pump electric motor was a worm drive hose type clamp around PAINTED motor. I established a better ground with a #10 wire to a grounding lug.

low voltage

The Hwh pump likes 12.5 volts.
Running the engine increases voltage.
Energizing the start boost switch will a!so raise voltage if all the batteries are good.
