That is an interesting problem. I would think you have covered everything in that circuit for the blower fan. I got tired of replacing the resistor so I put in a variable speed motor control...

I'm glad that worked for you. Did for me for a while too. Right now I have used the variable speed controller for about 3 months. I really like the results because I can set it so it is quiet but...

I solved the Resistor Problem Hooray

I have had 3 resistor failures causing the heater blower to only work on High. I bought a 20 amp DC motor speed control and added that in between the switch and the blower. Now I can set any speed...
