That last step is very important in that we enter the last 5 digits of the Winnebago Industries Serial Number as you say, and not the last 5 digits of the VIN. Mine has always worked just fine. ...

That works. Clicking on the year above the red "Service Parts List" and then on the resulting list of models (in black) doesn't work for me either.
