Hi Bennie and welcome to Winnie Owners.
The problem with changing toilets is a matter of measurements and connections. You need to know the clearance between the opening in the floor and the wall or whatever is behind the toilet. Most descriptions of toilets will have the exact distance needed behind the toilet. It's measured from the middle of the mounting bolts to the back of the toilet.
The Dometic 320 is a great choice, but it does require quite a bit of space behind the toilet - you need at least 11' from the center of the closet flange to the back wall.
What trips up many is that sometimes the plumbing of the water pipes is in a small soffit on the floor behind the toilet and this takes up too much space. You'll also need to be prepared for the water connection to be different with the old toilet and you may need to reconfigure all the water supply piping behind.
Perhaps someone will with a 2021 Minnie 2529RG will chime in here that has attempted this previously, but it's not something that every Minnie owner has given a try.
If you measure two, three, four times and decide to give it a try let everyone know how it goes.
There are Dometic 320 install videos on YouTube - but they one I saw had tons of room behind their stock toilet. They did have to change the water supply pipping.
