Keith:

The short wall between the living room and bedroom slides had pulled away from the coach frame about 1/4". The screws holding the sidewall had loosened...none were stripped, just had all backed out. This condition, and the fix, is described in a thread about side wall separation by MrTransistor:

After I tightened the screws (and added another 24 screws) and pulled the wall back in, there was a gap between the exterior slide flange and the wall. So, I adjusted the retract travel on the slide yesterday and now it fits like a glove.

So, it looks like I have avoided the need for a service visit after all.

Added 24 screws???

Better adjust the tire pressure to carry the added weight!!

Yes, sir! Since Winne chose to put only one #10 screw every eight inches, I added a bunch. I suspect it will stay put now.
