Kudos to Winnebago I communicated with them today about the punch list not being completely cleared and they are going to work me in early May at my choice of dates

I know John posted this somewhere, but here's the parking lot of the service center for those of you that head this way....Coaches parked along the fence line to the right get the electric hookups, while the coaches in the center of the lot (facing the building) mostly just used their genset.
Come 7AM the coaches from the other areas start filling the lot as well.

I'm a bit surprised that the largest (volume) manufacturer of motorhomes in America doesn't have more electric/water sites at their service center. It is nicer than what they have a Gaffney, for sure.

Winnebago has a "campground area" with 10 maybe 12 gravel site with grass between most sites, they only have electric hookup, they are right behind the row on the blacktop. Water and dumpsites are down across from the surplus store and also over in the rally park. In the busy months of service they also use some gravel sites over in the rally park.

John,
Thanks again for sharing. It really helps us newer owners to know what to look for and what to do. Where did you stay all week? Do you know the location of the Super 8? Does it back up to the location of the GNR?

Dennis - the Super8 is about one mile south of the rally grounds & the Winnebago campus. That is where we spent most of the week with the cats. (Pets are 10$ a day extra) They have free WiFi and a little breakfast/coffee every morning. Not a bad place...
