Vista 26P Slideouts

Just purchased a 2012 Winnebago Vista 26P yesterday.

Drove it home and this morning started to check everything out.

The drivers side (Living Room Slide) sticks at the top. Worked fine when the Camping World Tech from Camping World St Augustine showed us e RV.

Balanced the RV with the balancing system and had the engine running, Had checked the batteries and they are just under two years old and water level is correct.

The back slide worked as it was supposed to. They both have awnings over the slides.

When I tried the front slide it started to go out but was stuck at the top. Looked at everything around the RV and on e roof and there was no obstruction.

Not sure but could the awning be stuck or does anyone have any suggestions what the problem could be.

I purchased a extended warranty and guess this should be covered by it Have a camping world in Cocoa Florida that can take it to. if I have to

Anny assistance would be greatly appreciated!
