2014 Adventurer Drivers Side Wind Noise

I have a 2014 37F Adventurer and I am getting wind noise from the drivers side area between the Windshield and drivers door. I was at CW last night and the tech said they had a 2014 35P in the shop that had the same noise.
Thankfully my noise is not as severe as his. They are in the process of investigating this for him and will let me know what they discover. I was wondering if any newer Adventurer owners have this wind noise and if so did they find a solution. When I hear of a possible solution I will post it.

Not sure if your mirrors are the same as on my Journey but, I have to keep the drivers side mirror as CLOSE to the side of the unit as possible to eliminate a wind noise that the mirror generates.

My Mirrors are attached on the side. CW is going to remove the mirror on the other MH to see if that is where the noise is coming from. They have already taped off the seams and weep holes without success.

See if your weep holes covers are in place on the bottom of your window. If not put some electrical tape over the openings and it should stop.

Don't know if this applies to your unit. On our Vista, if the locking cam does not line up exactly with the locking slot, the cam will flex the glass and create a gap that will whistle.

Hi,

The problem is the weep hole covers are missing. Contact Winnebago and have the mail you 4 for that side.

I had that problem with my coach on both sides as these covers come off very easy. After i got the new ones I glued them in place and no more problems.

Update:
The problem with the 2014 35P is the drivers door seals. CW did a pressure test and the door is leaking very badly on this unit. They are working with Winnebago on a fix, different gaskets, or new door. I am waiting to see how that fix goes. My wind noise is not from the weep holes I tapped over them and still have the noise. I might have a leaking door also. Won't be testing my unit for over a month it's parked on the site for awhile. When I get more info I'll post another update.

Thanks

Hi,

I don't have any wind noise coming from my drivers door at all. The only wind noise I hsd was from the weep holes and once I put the covers on them it went away. I was also knocking them off when I washed the coach so I glued them in place and all is OK. Life is good.

Mine came with no weep hole covers. Lots of noise. Prior to ordering covers I put electrical tape over the slots and noise was eliminated.

I have a fair amount of wind noise from a new 38Q. When I took possession there was a screw from a plate in the door jam half out which caused the door to not close against the jam completely. After removing the screw the door closes but appears to be sprung a bit. Haven't had time to see what nc be done.

Thanks for the feedback. Seems some have some don't have wind noise and there can be various causes. Seems fixable and not something we should just live with.

Thanks

I have some wind noise in my new 15 Adventurer 32H. Weep hole covers are in place and sounds like it is coming from the top of the door. Will be interested to hear what you find. I'll be taking mine back to the dealer in a few weeks for some minor warranty items.
