Just a few snaps of our Sept 14-20th/2020 stay at this wonderful park. Well run, friendly staff, generous size campsites, (Electric only 30/15 Amp), Potable water filling station, coming into park near Dump Station, and water taps available for Potable Tank replenishment, throughout the campsite lanes.
Three to five foot waves generated at the shore on Lake Huron, due to high winds for three or so, days, blowing in from the West. Had fun with two days of Boogie Boarding. Still have my Wet Suit from my L.A. days at the beaches, so was warm and didn't have to worry about looking like a temping seal morsel to a Great White! Muskie, don't eat seals...well...unless one is perhaps available...between ducks, Walleye, and Bass, (LOL!)
Here's our campsite with wonderful forest 60 foot high or greater, tree canopy coverage. A wonderful 'walking on our shoulder's' relaxing stay, trail walking, and swim (only myself...) for my wife was in, up to her knees, and said that was just fine...
