OK...been exploring the functions on this unit but can't get a CD or DVD to play. according to the manual all that needs be done is to insert a CD or DVD into the slot and playback should occur...

I found the manual for the GPS functions here (https://www.randmcnally.com/images/randDocuments/support/RVND_User_Guide_v104.pdf). the GPS in the Infotainment Center (IC) is a Rand McNally (RM) RVND....
