I just went out to look and it was the front passenger park light (yellow) that was the lowest to the ground.

The High and Low beams are higher up and they all appear to have similar twist off...

The bulb was actually loose inside the light fixture. I had to fish it out of the light fixture and then plug it back into the socket ...
