I did nearly the same and for the same reasons, I traded my Colorado for a Tahoe, its a great combination and the Tahoe (though wider by 6") is still short enough to be easy to park in town.

I forgot to mention that the camera I used is a Garmin, it connects wireless to my Garmin GPS, it was also the least expensive way to add a camera.
