Also, I want to add that my wife and I just bought a tow vehicle and are no longer using this combo cargo/bike rack while towing a car. I've got it stored in case I feel the need to use it again.

My son and combined a cargo rack and a bike rack....

My son and combined a cargo rack and a bike rack. We welded them together and also added two additional points of attachment to the skids. The trick was to weld everything separately from the RV....
