NOTE: The temperature for charging Lithium batteries is the temperature of the battery NOT the air...

You don't mention using the microwave. The only high current device you have listed is the coffee pot. A 1000 watt inverter will drive the coffee pot and will work with only a pair of 6V Golf Cart...
