If you notice in the picture of the pressure...

If you notice in the picture of the pressure regulator that I posted earlier there is a screen filter where the hose connects. These can get clogged. There may be a filter such as this in line before...

There is a pressure regulator there somewhere. Possibly behind the connection where the hose connects.
