No water pressure inside mh on city water

I have a 2003 Journey DL 36GD and I don't have any inside water pressure on city water, and I can not fill the on board tank either. The valve has no effect in either position. I have put water into the on board tank through the manual opening on the passenger side of the coach. I then have water pressure inside as the water pump works fine. I can't figure out what the problem is, can someone please help!! Thanks, Steven

Does your in line water pressure regulator look like this one. Jabsco Water Pressure Regulator

This is where you connect your hose from city water. It is possible it has malfunctioned and is blocking water altogether. Just a thought.

If you have an in line water filter, it could be past time to replace it. They tend to clog and not let much water through them.

I don't have any water filters and the inlet valve does not look like one in reply, it just seems to direct into water systerm.

There is a pressure regulator there somewhere. Possibly behind the connection where the hose connects.

If you notice in the picture of the pressure regulator that I posted earlier there is a screen filter where the hose connects. These can get clogged. There may be a filter such as this in line before the pressure regulator. I can't beleive that the regulator would not be assessable for service. Good luck maybe others will comment on your Journey MH set up.

I did see a brass in line item, removed it and now different. Turned on water and nothing happened. Could the accumulator affect the water pressure? Or stop it from working at all?

I had the same coach but the '02 model. I don't think Winnebago was installing inline pressure regulators in those years. You say you get water when you run the pump but no water when connected to a hose. You also indicate you cannot fill the tank from the hose connection. Based on this, I would suspect the diverter valve that allows you to switch from 'city water' to 'water tank fill.'. This was a plastic gizmo on my Journey and it may be stuck in a position that won't allow city water to flow. Maybe

OK, the bottom line is it's fixed!! I don't know why though. I loosened the fitting on the top side of where the city water hook up is, moved it aside and turned water on slow and the water shot up and I heard some gurgleing (??) hooked it back together and now it works!!!!! Thanks to all who gave me ideas and was willing to help. May all your repairs be easy ones!!
