Check the latch at the top of the leg. I put up with this problem till my wife adjusted that latch and with no tools. Made me feel real smart.

I turned the articulating arm 90 degrres to bring a new led tv to a more comfortable viewing angle on my winn. sightseer. It helped but I wish it lowered the tv a little more.

I basicly have the same question for my new-to-me 2006 Winnebago Sightseer 30b. I've looked under the rv, but can't see a drain or anything to empty the fresh water tank.
