we HAD that problem any time we turned on water. fixed it by adding about 18" of extra water pipe (hose) to the out going side of the pump. don't just add it to the line, replace from pump to first...

If so, you may want to check your Catyelictic Converter, I
Had a pickup that had the same problem as
you describe and that was problem
