99 Minnie Winnie turn signals

Where is the flasher located in a 1999 Minnie Winnie? Turn signals and emergency flashers don’t work. Lights stay on steady.

I'm not running the. Fridge on batteries, just the fridge electronics will use a little juice. My fridge is a norcold that runs on 110 or propane. My batteries have a little over 200 amp hours...
