First of all, don't trust what the dealer says. They will virtually never tell a prospective sale the truth if they think it might keep them from coming in. Ask for the VIN and call the manufacturer...

I think your friend is correct unless your coach has both a cable in and satellite in line. The cable in usually goes thru the tv antenna amplifier and does not allow the power from the Satilite...

If I had to rank the Class As I've looked at recently it would be Entegra, Newmar then Winnebego. Just my personal judgement, they all have their strong points.

I found the owners manual for your coach on line. The DEF fill tank is under the hood. Should be as easy as adding oil.
