Inverter issue on brand new View
This unit has the 1000 watt inverter. When on house batteries, with inverter on, genset off and not connected to shore power, I can not get power to the A/C plugs.
Poured through all the manuals checked the GFI's etc and no go. Plugs work fine with Genset running.
Any ideas? I'm starting to think a warranty issue. Would be delighted to find I'm doing something wrong though.

Is 120 vac present directly at the output of the inverter? If no, then the inverter is not functioning. If yes, then it is disconnected someplace. Have you checked all the circuit breakers?

Just a thought but will your TV come on? Some units have inverters that only power the TV and maybe one receptacle.

Lehafer probably has the answer. 1K watts is not a lot and the inverter is most likely wired to only two outlets, front ant rear TVs. That is typical of most factory inverters of that size.

My 2013vp 24G has a 1000 watt inverter also and it only powers 2 plugs, 1 in a upper cabinet and 1 plug next to the bed.
The flat screen TV is 12 volt which I found interesting..

Alright! You guys have been most helpful and pointed me in the right direction. Problem resolved and I am much appreciate.
I did not understand the system. The manual does not tell you what the Inverter does and does not operate. Here is the list for the new View Profile.
Inverter operates:
2 plugs in the aft sleeping area
The one dedicated plug for the sofa airbed and the low plug next to the sofa
Both TV's and stereo.
The exterior TV plug and the plug on the Inverter.
Thanks again all!
