Hi Guys,
My wife and I are from Alaska and we just retired. After working all of our lives, we now hope to enjoy the fruits of our labors, God Willing. We have a winter home in AZ which we bought 8 years ago during the housing crash and rented it out until we were able to enjoy it in retirement. We also recently purchased a 2002 Itasca Sunrise 30w, our first Class A, which we plan to drive back to AK. Our previous RV was a Class C Itasca Yellowstone. We are excited to join the "Big Boys" with our Class A, but it took some getting used to when driving. Even though it is only 2 feet longer than our Class C, it seems a lot wider, as evident by the salesman telling me during our test drive that if there had been a bicyclist in the bike lane, he would be dead
Long story short, we are excited to join your forum, and look forward to the RV Community as we make our way back to AK.
P.S We primarily dry camp, so any tips, tricks, or suggestions along those lines would be greatly appreciated.
