Heartland Hello

We just took on a 1960 17 foot fixer-upper. I am a retired shop teacher and i thought this would be a worthwhile project. I can speak to questions about tools and materials and fasteners when anyone else wants to DIY. I think it might be interesting to share the progress of this gut job. I will have many, many questions for the technicians in the group if i can't find it in the post archive. Ill just be working as time permits as I already have too many projects. If you like to camp, Central and Southern Missouri is a great place to explore. I may be able to weigh in on Show-me State attractions as well. Check your A/C and bug spray supply before hand! We are very thankful for our freedom to explore this beautiful country!

Welcome to the forum and best of luck on your project! Hopefully, it won’t be too long before you can enjoy camping in it.

I believe I am having a common problem identifying exactly what I have. I want to find a floor plan and a list of appliance numbers for my model. The one I bought was gutted and I want to put it back original. Ideas?
