I got 12 correct according to the quiz, but I would wager a small bet that some of their answers are incorrect. So as not to spoil it for those yet to take it, I won't post my arguments, but there is no way that a female turkey makes the sound they chose. And I just watched a turkey hunting show on tv today where the stated answer to one of the questions was not even listed on the test.
Alright, I know it is not an entrance exam for your children like the ACT or SAT for college enrollment, but I have been hunting them for over 30 years. I am glad that the tester is not one of the turkey calling contest judges.

Someone on another of my lists posted that the other day. Quite by guess...I got 12 correct. I could take it now and get a different score...some interesting questions though.

Guess I am a "turkey trivia master" as I got 15 right -- didn't know the president questions -- did know they roost in trees and only one way to get there but "55 MPH" -- wow.

Got most of them but I agree, whoever made that up missed the boat of the sounds a hen makes.
Have had them as both pets and livestock before, some of the smartest birds I've seen and some of the dumbest.
Had a Tom named Elmo many years ago. He'd come if you called his name, would eat out of your hand. A most entertaining bird at times. Saw him kill a copperhead snake once, then eat it. At night, he's sleep in the chicken house with the chickens.
