Rear tv addition to 22M

We just bought a new-to-us 2019 Minnie Winnie 22M and wanted to add a tv to the rear. There is a box with an outlet and cable plug in already there. I’ve checked out photos and it seems that the mounting area is just to the left of that, on the shower wall. Is there a specific mount we should get? And how will we know exactly where the “stud” is so we don’t puncture the shower wall? Also, we would like it to be a 12v tv to use without shore power or the generator but the nearest 12v is by the bed/closet. Could we install one near the tv or just use a long extension? Very happy with this perfect little moho.

Greetings Enalmik,
I took four photos of my rear TV for a prior very similar question, and am including those here too. On my 2019 22M, my outlet is on the 1,000 watt inverter circuit. Do you have the 1,000 watt inverter as well?
I believe if you go to your local Winnebago Dealer, you should be able to buy the TV mounting bracket from their parts counter.
Welcome to the forum.

Thanks! I’ll check with the dealer for the mount. We don’t have the inverter installed, unfortunately. I wonder if we did an after market add that it would power that outlet? A regular 24” tv is far cheaper than a 12v. We rarely use a tv because we do mostly boon docking and are outside, but for those rainy days or a late night scary movie, a bedroom tv would be nice.

I was going to suggest going with a regular 110AC as a better idea than the expense of the 12VDC. Common things being cheaperer than "special" items.

I might suggest first getting the TV and inverter combo to match what you feel you need. The less power used by the tV will make the batteries last longer as well as mean a smaller inverter may do the job at less bulk and less expense to buy?
Buy the inverter from places like Wal-mart, etc and get just a bit over what your uses add up to being for the least expense.
