Puzzling wheel problem

I recently had new wheels and tires put on my 08 Vista and now my Dicor wheel covers will not fit properly. There is nothing special about the wheels that were put on just standard OEM steel wheels. Has any one had this issue? What am I missing?

While it may sound just too, too simple, this seems to be a case of small details we did not notice.
If the covers fit before but don't now and it is true that the new wheels are just "standard" wheels, then the old ones must have been "special"???
But then that also needs more info on how and what part doesn't fit? Is it possible the old wheels were not the original that came on the RV, but some odd sort which a previous owner favored? Perhaps the new standard wheels are standard but not on your particular chassis?

Much more detail needed and some pictures might also help.
