What does your chassis/engine owners manual state? The engine mfgr. is the final word, but I'd say no.
ref: https://www.eia.gov/energyexplained/...ls/ethanol.php

E85 has much less energy in a gallon than E10 blend. The savings per gallon is offset by the reduction in energy in a gallon of E85.

Another thing to remember, if your owners manual approves the use of E85, it also says the tank must be nearly empty to switch from gasoline to E85 or back again.
When I bought this Silverado that states on the drivers window E85 approved, I tired it, my pickup wouldn't perform nearly as well, so I never tried E85 again.

It looks like E88 is a re-branding of E15 gasoline. It is 15% Ethanol, and so to get away from the stigma of the name E15, they tagged the average octane rating afterwards, which is 88.
  • 88 = (Research Octane + Motor Octane) ÷ 2
So would I use E88? Let me put it in two ways:
  1. First, I try to fill-up when I'm in Ocean Park, WA at Jack's Country Store, where he sells pure premium gasoline with no alcohol.
  2. Secondly, when I need that extra kick, I put Liquid Schwartz into my tank!
Thanks, Eagle5

No! Just plain No!

Nothing about your 2011 Vista 36D is setup for anything other than gasoline with 10% or less ethanol.

Consult the Ford F53 Owners Manual for official confirmation.
