Valve under sink? 2022 Minnie 2327TB

We just purchased our 2022 Minnie 2327tb. There's a valve under the kitchen sink that doesn't appear to connect to anything. Can tell us what this is and where it connects? Thanks!

Trailers are not as well supported with online drawings, so we often have to make due with more info. Can you post up a picture of the valve or give more info on how the valve is set up?
In a line? Just on a line with one end open?
Since most of us will have never been in a 2022 model, it will be a long shot to find the answer without more info.

My husband figured out it was the siphon line to add antifreeze to the water lines.
