Identifying water heater on a 2021 Micro Minnie 2108DS

I'm having trouble identifying the make and model for the water heater on my 2021 2108DS. Would anyone on here have that information? I appreciate any help. Thanks

There should be a manual in your zippered packet for the water heater. It is not uncommon for Winnebago to change models and brands of appliances during any given model year. If it has an anode rod, it’s probably a suburban. If it doesn’t, it’s likely an Atwood/Dometic. My 2108 had a Dometic.

Every RV water heater came with an ID tag on the unit. All your sales brochure says is, '"6 gallon water heater". I'm thinking it is a Dometic/Atwood. It it is, the aluminum tank is easy to spot.

It's on the rear of the 2021 Micro Minnie 2108DS. Looking at a video tour of the model it looks like a Dometic - but if you open that door there should be a label with make and model info.

Oddly, I looked in the brochure archives on Winnebago's website and there is no 2021 or 2022 brochure in the Archive. The brochure wouldn't tell me too much, but it would have the size and fuel options.

On the other hand, if you have the FLX version of the TT (2021 Micro Minnie FLX 2108DS) then I believer it is a Truma Combi model which is totally different.

Here's the screenshot from a Video of the 2021 Micro Minnie 2108DS:

Thank you for the response. I purchased the RV used so may not have a brochure. I will check my paperwork.

Neither of them identify the water heater brand.

I have an Atwood/Dometic on my 2018 2108 ds. Do you know where the bypass valve is located?

On mine it’s behind the lower left panel. Don’t know if that’s where yours is, but it should be. I replaced the four little screws holding the luan panel in with drawer pulls and magnetic catches.

That is a smart idea. I’ll have to check to see if this is where mine is. Thank you.
