ABS Light Flashing and Beeps

CONTEXT: Winnebago Tour 42QD, Cummins 450, Freightliner Chassis

All, have been parked for 2 months. Have had some electrical issue (may not be related) but my chassis batteries have been going down. Only mention this because when it was dead (before jump from house batteries), all braking warning lights came on.

Fast forward, started again today, started under own power but this time getting an intermittent ABS flash and beep.

Two questions as we need to move here in 2 days.

1) Safe to drive? From what I have read, can be from sitting and gunk on the sensors / water, etc. It has been wet here.

2) Any fix I can apply myself with resets, etc?

Thank you!
Lyle

If you do not have red brake warning light illuminated, it is probably safe to drive but you should avoid sleet, snow and heavy rain. ABS is a skid preventer and pulses the brakes, so that they don't lockup. Under normal driving conditions the ABS does very little.

All the ABS light means is, that feature is not working. You still have the same braking capacity, just not the anti-lock feature.
Do not pump air brakes when stopping/slowing!
Some errors will self-correct after X number of starts I've read.
