Travel Trailer Rotten Floor

Greetings,

We have a 2018 Micro Minnie which now has a rotten floor by the emergency exit window on the left front side. I've lifted the vinyl flooring and it appears the water seeped either down the wall or back from the storage area under the vinyl flooring. We've never seen water on top of the floor or walls.

Should I have a technician from my dealer fix it (at $$$$$) or have a general contractor fix it? The hardest thing may be resealing the window.

Thanks.
