Water Fill problem - 2014 Minnie Winnie

I have a 2014 Minnie Winnie with a tank fill port for a fresh water hose. I fill for one minute and the water starts spilling out from underneath as if it’s full bit indicator shows tank is empty? Is there a valve I’m missing? I’m a newbie and have a dealer winterize.

It sounds like the fresh water drain valve is open. I have a 22M and it’s inside behind a small door. The dealer most likely left it open when it was winterized.

Mine is a micro Minnie, and the freshwater drain I think is a clear tube underneath the trailer on the exterior right behind where the tank is. There’s a valve that drains the tank when opened.
