I have a 2014 Winnebago View. The first three years of its life it was stored in a climate controlled warehouse. Since then it has been stored outside but under cover. We have rarely been outside the Pacific Northwest so exposure to sun has been moderate. Climbing on the roof makes me nervous from a personal safety standpoint so I’ve only been up there a few times. The roof is dirty but all of the seals seem to be in good shape. The sealant is flexible and adhering well. I haven’t found any evidence of sealant peeling or separating. Am I pushing my luck by not having the roof cleaned and resealed?

It's up to you.
Maybe get a second opinion from a Winnebago shop if there's one near you?
Better to spend a few hundred on sealant, than have to rip the roof and walls apart because of leaks/moisture/mold?
