Just traded for 2014 Minnie Winnie 31K and cannot get the rear camera to work. Under settings on radio, I found only one setting option concerning the rear camera. These were Positive, negative and battery (I think). Tried all possible choices to no effect. Looking for possible suggestions and/or how to test if camera is even working?

Do you see anything through the camera? Had a similar issue with my 18 31G. Saw nothing but a gray screen. Replaced camera and works fine now. Also look at the camera to see if there is moisture around the inside of the lens.
I do not get any images on the monitor screen. When activated there is just a message that the polarity may need to be reversed. The only option in the setting menu is just setting that polarity. It only gives me three choices and none have worked. But I have not had time to take the camera off the back of motorhome just yet. I will check to see if it has voltage and answer back. Don't know if I can look thru the lens or not.
