2018 Minnie Winnie 22m bed/mattress change?

I recently bought a 2018 Minnie Winnie 22m. Is it possible to switch out the 2 rv mattresses for 2 twin residential mattresses? Just wondering if anyone has done this? I have tried cutting a mattress topper of sorts to add some comfortable support to the bed but it’s still too soft and just not comfortable . Thank you
Jencaro

Hi Jencaro,
Two twins are too big to fit. It seems to me that adding a Queen-size topper would make the overall mattress even softer; not firmer.
Your two mattress halves should be different thicknesses; are yours?
Has your baseboard remained intact? That would cause some softness. I did need to repair mine:

Thank you for your thorough reply! I’ll take a look at the baseboard today. And thanks for moving my question to the right place. I don’t really understand how to submit a question or where to put it but I see it should be on the Minnie Winnie forum

Browse to the sub-forum which seems to be a match, then in the upper-left click on <New Thread>.
Please let us know about your baseboard. Also, I did hear a report of one Minnie Winnie which had the same thickness mattresses. Of course, the thick one with the edge-grab-handles goes to the head of the bed.

Bed baseboard

Turns out my bed baseboard is cracked and bends away from the frame when I push on it . I’m going to find someone to fix it I hope!! So disappointed in the cheapness of this bed situation. I haven’t even been on the first camping trip yet . Thank you for all your help!
