Scheduled Maintenance

I'm in Sarasota, Florida, just having returned from our maiden voyage in our 2019 Winnebago Adventurer. We put approx 10K miles on it. I got the 7500 done on the road by a mobile tech. We're sitting at approx 14K. I'd like to get the 15K scheduled maintenance done before we leave again. I called a couple of ford dealers and they said they aren't equipped to pull an RV in and the scheduled maintenance.

Where do most folks get the engine work done on their Class A Gas engines?

When I had my big motorhome on the Chevy Kodiak chassis I had to take it to Rush Truck Center for service on the chassis. Truck centers are the only ones with lifts big enough to lift them. IMHO.

Did you find a Ford Commercial Truck Service Center?

There is only one in my area and they don’t want RVs to come in so I found an independent RV service shop and fully document everything they do.

I usually do most of it myself as its fairly easy and comparable to most other modern vehicles. Just a little harder to pour the oil in due to where they mount the fill tube.

I don't think you want to drive X Hundred Miles to Orlando though to get an oil change on your F53. You may want to call Fords Customer Service line for dealers that will service the F53 in Sarasota or just look for an independent or even Mobile tech who will take care of it.

A quick search shows you have Cambels, DieselDawgs, EliteRV and RV One as potentials in your area however I really can't vouch for any of them.

Is the selling dealer close to you and if so did they treat you well enough to return to them?

I called a number of Ford Truck centers, and found one about 50 miles away. Scheduled me the next day, and got it done this morning. Quite happy. Ask the other Ford dealers to refer you?

Try a truck center near you, should be able to do a oil and lube for you as well as a 15,000 mile check
