Sunova 2017 fuel problem

I have a 2017 Sunova motorhome with a Ford F550, 6.8L V10 with 7000 miles on it. We bought this rig in March of this year. Twice now the has rig cut out going up hill. It starts to cut out and I feather it and it keeps going. We bought the unit with 6500 miles on it. My mechanic found a code in system PO297 Vehicle Overspeed Condition, which doesn't make sense to me. Has anyone had this experience with a Ford ?

A quick Google search shows lots of hits and some seem to make sense to me. One that seemed okay with an RV is overspeed by revving too high when going downhill, possibly in mountain driving? Gear down too much to slow but then when wanting to go faster in the straight, not letting it upshift while revving the engine too much?
But most of us are not equipted to know what to do, so I go for letting the trained people handle this one if you are not up to resetting the code.
