Winnebago will have the correct ride height measurements.
The measurement is different for each chassis/coach. Some chassis have 2 ride height valves on the rear axle, one on the front. Spartan chassis is the opposite, they have 2 on front, one on rear.
I would be talking to that Freightliner service manager about the poor results and sizable bill.
The measurements are from bottom of frame to center of axle housing for rear, the front depends on if you have a solid axle or independent front suspension..I think the measurements are + or - 1/8".
I do know the 2 rear ride height valves are what causes the coach to sit level on the chassis, the 1 front valve just sets ride height for the front, with no bearing on each side.
