Adjust Jet ride height 93 p30 Adventurer

I need to adjust the ride height valve on the passenger side as it wont go up all the way. Does anyone know how to do that? please ...

Jet ride system.Both sides have up or down manual controls as well as automatic. The passenger side only comes up 90% and leaves the coach tilted quite a bit.
