Onan 4000 immediately shuts down

Battling Onan 4000 issues. Carb is rebuilt (and tried new amazon carb with no luck same issue). Floats not sticking, jets are not clogged. New fuel pump (correct PSI), new fuel filter. New board, new voltage regulator.
Carb is clean- does not need seafoam, full tank of gas- sitting level

Cranks and sounds great for two seconds and then cuts off like a shut off command.

1995 ky does not have lighted rocker with fault codes..

Does not have oil pressure switch in 1995

Was running fine two weeks ago, full voltage, sounding perfect....carb leaked a little and I had to put in a new starter.

Any ideas????
