Intent 26M Bdrm TV Mount
Does anyone know how to take the bedroom tv off its mount?
The dinette tv has 2 screws on the front in the bottom that you unscrew.
The bedroom tv mount does not have anything like that I can see.
Also, do you know if the closed off cabinet in the back can be used as storage?

If I figure it out, I'll post it here!
Also, there is an access to that storage space via the closet. Although inconvenient, it may have to do.

I looked at it out of curiosity one day. I had to get a step stool to get up high enough to see, but I think the trick was doing the top first.

Are there any bolts/nuts showing inside either cabinet? The photo is so small I can’t tell, is that a nylon pull strap below the TV?

Really would suggest you join the rest of us Intent owners on the AllIntentslandpurposes thread...I know its gotten very long and I too have had issues with searching but we all need to stick together and advice you get from non Intent owners frequently will not apply.. I plan on working on this issue in the next few days but I will be posting results here;: https://www.winnieowners.com/forums/...es-353677.html

Ok, apparently I have more time ion my hands than I know what to do with, (thank you COVID-19), so I went into my Intent (26m) today because we have the same model and looked at how I would get that TV off if I wanted to, which I don’t.
There are five screws along the bottom, and five screws along the top. The top screws are actually accessible over the top of the TV. I’m not sure what would happen after that, but there are also five screws along the bottom holding the bracket to the wall. It appears to me that the five screws on the top are holding the TV to the wall, and the five screws on the bottom are just supporting the bracket that it rests upon.
If you look to the right armoire up to the right of the tv in the cabinetry up top, you can see up to the top left there’s a large area there that is empty. I suppose that is where you were trying to access. I see no screws and no way to dismount the TV from the backside. That blank space had no screws or bolts coming into it.
I store my hiking boots and rain coats in that area. It’s a pretty big, and empty void.
There are also two screws, once you get the tv off, that MAY access this area—not sure. You’ll see what they do, if you dismount the TV.
Does that help?

See my post #564
This is text of that post: So, removed the TV today and found it to be quite easy.
Use step stool or ladder to be able to see above top of TV...you will see 5 screws, remove all 5, push up on bottom of TV and it is off!
Panel is behind the TV that serves as side wall for the storage area accesable from inside closet.
Here some pics
FYI, I have removed the TV and replaced with a 32" TCL Roku Smart TV....the bracket attached to the stock TV came off easily (it is taped to TV) removing the 4 screws and the new TV accepted the wall bracket with no problem.

You’re right, there’s 2 that are pretty easy to get at. Use a mirror to spot them, then it’s by feel once you’ve located them. I had it off a few times redoing all the electrical outlets under it. There’s pics in the Intent thread.
