Guides on flat floor slideout.

First time questioning. Has anybody Replace the guides on the flat floor space storage. I believe they were put in on the early 2000's. I have a 2004 adventure. It's a common thing to wear out. I found some vids on it. But I was hoping someone else has some ideas how to install them.
Thanks
Barny.
