Help please, roof sealant Manus-75, Nuflex 311, ProflexRV or Lexel

I called Lichten and read a lot of posts. I'm totally confused what to seal my 2004 Sightseer's roof.
Manus is a urethane and on the original callout sheet

Nuflex is Silicone which back in "04 was a no no.

Proflex RV - I don't know anything about but a lot of people like it.

Lexel - my go to around the houseflexible, stops water completely but dont know about using it on RV.

Gratefully,
Chris

Use either what's on the original call-out sheet or whatever Winnebago lists as a replacement. Are you sure the call-out sheet only lists one sealant? The call-out sheet for my 2002 Itasca lists more than one depending on its function.

These may help you:

Use what Winnebago recommends. For full body paint it is a clear silicone product, for non-paint is is not silicone based I believe.

Pro-flex is the worst for that seal. Pro-flex is hard to work with, and is miserable to remove. instead of being able to cut through it, it tears up in rubbery crystal like pieces. You will have to replace that sealant someday, no sealant is permanent, so use the right stuff.

And, "just say no" to Dicor. I know that many will recommend and or say they use it without a problem, but it's formulated for rubber roofs:
