Winnebago has two sets of wiring diagrams for the 2016 Adventurer 38 based on serial number (one for 2015/early 2016 MHs and one for later 2016 MHs) here:
Both show breakers for the inverter on the main panel. See diagram at the "110 Volt Load Center/Auto Transfer Switch" link and at the "Body, 110 Volt Wiring Installation/Diagram" link for your serial number.
If your's is different, you're going to have to call Winnebago. It's highly unlikely that an inverter, or any piece of equipment powered by 110V AC wouldn't be protected by a main panel circuit breaker and not just a "reset" breaker on the unit itself.
If the inverter was an option, the other possibility that your's was installed by a previous owner. This will involve tracing the wiring. If this is the case, it may be wired into an outlet circuit that's protected by a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) that needs to be reset or replaced.
Although your inverter control panel/brand name doesn't match either of those (1000w Xantrex and 2000w Magnum) shown in the 2016 Adventurer operator manual, I wouldn't jump to conclusions without talking to Winnebago. They might have installed alternate units. If you don't have it, the operator manuals are available here:
Good luck and keep us posted.
