Access to water heater compartment

New to forum. Just got 2014 Sunova 35G. Can anyone tell me how to open water heater compartment to access drain fitting? Winter closing in on NC coast.
Thank you, Morgan

Doesn’t your water heater door just have two spring loaded tabs that you pull out a little and rotate, then drop the door down? Many do, though I’m not familiar with your unit, and I don’t see it in your manual...

Thank you for your reply. It's hinged at the top and four screws at bottom. Finally found post on improving access with thumb screws. Looking for ideas how to quicken access to be able to winterize between use.
