When I check the Winnebago catalog, I get this part number, but having trouble finding a place to buy it on-line (186516-08). Is there a way to order without going through a dealer?

Nope. You have to go through a dealer. This was a change they made a few years ago. Before the change you could call Winnebago and order direct.

Keep in mind very few items on the chassis portion are specially made for Winnebago,they are usually truck or bus parts.

If you are interested in looking at alternatives to the Winnebago part number, Wiper Technologies makes RV blades for many different coaches. Their 2019/2020 application guide is here. You can buy the WT1-32 from RVUpgradeStore (link here), etrailer (link here) and other sources.

I've seen the "floppy" or "boomerang" blades on cars, but not on RVs. Interesting.
