Here's the thing... there is no one recommendation for how much solar you need for trickle charging. Where is your RV stored? Is it shady or sunny? Is it completely disconnected from all parasitic loads? What time of year is it?
So many variables.
This is a lousy answer but it is accurate - put as much solar on your RV as you can afford or wish to spend. Install a real battery monitor, a shunt-based monitor not a voltage based monitor. Then monitor it and see if you have enough where you park or if you need more.
A good starting point is 100w. But the difference between 100w and 300w is not a lot of money. This first 100w will take the bulk of the cost and the effort. Adding more is silly cheap.
