Richard, red light means blown fuse or bad circuit. With he center light disconnected I replaced the fuse. The bathroom light now works! Going to reconnect all other switches to see if the rest of the circuit is good.

Richard: It pays to be lucky as well as persistent. The outside light, entry light, bathroom light all work. The unknown GND wire is now taped off as well as the black lead to the center cabin light. I can’t say I know a lot more about the camper wiring but happy with what works. Thanks for all your help! Jeff

The difference between a guy who everybody thinks is good and one everybody thinks is lucky? One takes the credit without comment, the other admits he got lucky!
But the results are often the same and all good if it works!
